Welcome to the Saruk Leadership fall Conference. We will be staying across from Sylvan Lake. Accommodation and meals provided. You will learn and there will be time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
When you participate in the Saruk Centre’s three-year program in Leadership Development, you’ll learn from businesspeople and humanitarian leaders, receive individualized training and mentorship, participate in practical experience and local service, and have the opportunity to job-shadow and to travel for humanitarian work.
WHO CAN REGISTER?
Anyone interested in leadership and enrolled in a post-secondary institution can apply for the Leadership Program offered by the Saruk Centre. The program is also open to those within five years of graduating, and grade 12 students recommended by their high school may apply.
- The program begins in the fall of each year.
- To apply: Information and the online application is available at www.sarukcentre.com. The deadline is early September.
- Cost per year: $5,000/student, including travel scholarships for global service trips and educational field trips. During the Saruk Centre initial development phase costs are covered in full by Centre philanthropists.
- Participation in years 2 and 3: those wishing to continue in the program must have completed the previous year’s work to apply for continuing registration.
