January Leadership Conference 2023
There are a very limited number of additional spots available for the January conference. If you are interested in participating in the Saruk Centre Program we encourage you to apply to attend and your application will be evaluated on a first come first serve basis. If all of the spaces become filled, then your application will be held on a waiting list should there be any last-minute cancellations.
Fall Leadership Conference 2022
When you participate in the Saruk Centre’s three-year program in Leadership Development, you’ll learn from business people and humanitarian leaders, receive individualized training and mentorship, participate in practical experience and local service, and have the opportunity to job-shadow and to travel for humanitarian work.

Welcome to the Saruk Leadership fall Conference. We will be staying across from Sylvan Lake. Accommodation and meals provided. You will learn and there will be time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
March Retreat
March 11-13, 2022 Saruk Centre for Leadership Development Weekend Retreat at Gull Lake Centre SERVICE—that’s the theme for our final session this academic year. We will learn about humanitarian work, and then we’ll merge theory and practice as we engage in meaningful service. Everyone who is part of the Saruk Program, no matter what your plans are for next year, is encouraged to participate in this special weekend. WEEKEND PROGRAM Friday, March 11 Supper will be served at 5:30 p.m. A Time to be Inspired: Warren Schnoor, owner of Cooperators Insurance, has committed his time and resources to local and global needs. He will share his meaningful story of discovering Christ and becoming committed to service. Saturday, March 12 All meals will be provided. Morning and afternoon A Time to Serve: Today we will participate in meaningful humanitarian work as we serve in the community. Evening A Time to Share: As we share our service experiences from the day, we will be able to learn from and inspire each other. A Time to Learn: We will learn basics about international service. Sunday, March 13 Breakfast and lunch will be provided. A Time to Review: This morning, as participants in the Saruk Centre’s leadership program, we will reflect on our progress and internalize our growth. We will be finished by 11:00 a.m.
